The Cottages is a cul-de-sac community of approximately 80 homes bound on one side by White's Creek. The community offers a seasonal privately-owned swimming pool and a private boat ramp, which allows access to the Indian River Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

All Exterior property work needs permits. You must first fill out an Architectural Review Form (found on cottagesov.org ) before Ocean View will give you a permit to do the work. If not you could end up with a hefty fine from Ocean View.
Pool hours are 9 AM to 8 PM. Please obey the pool rules. They are for your safety and comfort for you & your neighbors.
If you have not exchanged your Pool Passes (your old ones will not work) call 609-864-1171.
Dogs must be on leashes. It's an Ocean View law.
Please pickup after your dog.
The speed limit on our streets is 15 MPH. Please obey it for everyone's safety. It is also an Ocean View law.
